Flavours of Home Cookbook

We designed this cookbook as a fundraiser for the Social Planning Council of Ottawa and the Ottawa Ethno-Cultural Seniors Network (OESN). Flavours of Home is a cookbook with recipes from over 25 ethnocultural seniors groups. Through our PR strategy, Flavours of Home was featured in Ottawa Life magazine, Rogers TV, CTV News, CBC Ottawa Morning, selling over 500 copies and raising over $5,000.

The OESN helps support isolated seniors in their community through free mental health webinars on healthy aging and culturally appropriate dementia care, online activities, food deliveries and so much more.
